**The Rules for TiVo’s Awards Show night bingo game:

• Print out, and randomly distribute to your party guests, our TiVo Bingo cards (one (1) per person) before the live broadcast of the 87th Academy Awards® Show begins at 8:30 p.m.  ET/5:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, February 22nd.
• Grab a pen/pencil/marker/thumbprint pad/book of stickers/etc.
• Every time one of the events listed on your Bingo card happens during the broadcast, mark that square!
• First person at your viewing party to correctly fill five (5) squares in a straight line (i.e., horizontally, vertically or diagonally), shout “Bingo!”, tweet to @TiVo a picture clearly showing himself/herself and his/her whole Bingo card, and otherwise comply with these Rules, wins a TiVo guy plush doll! Only one (1) winner per viewing party.
• Follow the “Additional Rules” set forth below.

Additional Rules: No purchase necessary to participate or win a prize in this Bingo game. Void where prohibited. You must be at least 18, a U.S. (50 states and District of Columbia) resident, and not a TiVo employee (and not related to a TiVo employee), and you must possess a valid email address and active Twitter account. Maximum one (1) tweet (with picture of potentially winning Bingo card) per person, email address and Twitter account. Tweet must be received by TiVo not later than 8:59:59 p.m. PT/11:59:59 p.m. ET, on February 22, 2015. TiVo is not responsible for any tweet transmission or delivery errors, regardless of cause.
