TiVo’s data examined the top moments (most watched and re-watched moments) from last night’s Golden Globe Awards on NBC, and found that the top five were from entertainment’s leading ladies. Tina and Amy, the hosts of the night, took two of those top five spots! They were:
- Adele’s ultra-enthusiastic acceptance speech that included the memorable line “we’ve been pissing ourselves laughing all night” for winning Best Original Song for “Skyfall”
- Nominated for Best Actor in a Television Miniseries, Tina Fey’s semi-David Bowie look with glasses and a pencil-thin mustache for her faux performance as Damian Francisco in Dog President
- Amy Poehler’s ersatz nomination for Best Actress in a Television Miniseries as Darcy St. Fudge in Dog President complete with fake teeth and long, red wig
- Jodie Foster’s long, disjointed and heartfelt acceptance speech for her Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award
- Jennifer Garner, coming out to present the award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Comedy or Musical, begins by finishing her husband Ben Affleck’s speech because he failed to thank two people in his acceptance speech for Best Director for “Argo”
