We are excited to report that TiVo’s customer support web site at support.tivo.com was recently named one of the “Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2011” by The Association of Support Professionals (ASP). ASP is an international membership organization for customer support managers and professionals, so we are pleased to be showcased as one of the leading web support organizations.
TiVo, along with nine other award winners, will be profiled in a book called “The Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2011,” to be published by the ASP in July 2011. Complete details of the ASP awards are available from the ASP web site.
Much effort has gone into improving our web self-service offerings over the last year and this award is recognition of that. We are committed to continuing those efforts in order to provide the best overall customer experience.
